150 Sudanese Voluntarily Leave Israel to Go Home - Defense/Middle East - Israel News - Israel National News

I hope they enjoyed the safety they had, and I pray it brings back a more positive image of Israel to their friends and families. I rather like this chain of events. I hope Israel gets a stronger relationship with African countries (or at least the free countrymen in the various African countries). The two hated groups coming together. Hated or envied? This is totally my opinion but I feel like those two coming together is like chochma bina daat (wisdom, understanding, knowledge) combining with netzach hod yesod (dominance, splendor, foundation). Like Moses meets Joseph. lol.

Shalom Miriam,
If only these illegal Sudanese would return and speak gratefully of Israel and how they were allowed to live and work in freedom for the time that they were here.I can see them returning to Sudan cursing the Jews for kicking them out.In fact in trying to do a good deed Israel may have raised up a new Jew hating population.I only wish they could have processed them as refugees and sent them on to the US or to Europe. There were so many here in Arad that the residents went on the warpath to have some of them placed elsewhere. There is still a sizable population and they work at the Dead Sea resorts for the most part and seem very content to be able to make money that they send a good portion home to help others not as fortunate.

We can only hope. I have never met one so I don't know their points of view range.

But its impossible to deny that (1) they'd be shot dead had they gone to Egypt (2) it was an amazing brocha that they got work permits in a foreign land and (3) that they were even able to stay for as long as they did.

For those who chose to hate, it would be a fantastic feat to hear how they were "mistreated."

Well some leftist Israeli's instructed them to refer to the demonstrators against them as racist and the Sudanese did exactly that.I'm talking about what happened in Arad.I've spoken to several and most have told me that they want to move to the U.S.,but that Israel was refusing to designate them as refugees and without papers, even if you have the money to buy a ticket, you can't travel,so they were stuck on that account also.
