Gone to Natanya

.
The family packed up and headed for the one and a half hour trip to Natanya. We were headed for IKEA to get some needed furniture for the new place. It was a surprisingly pleasant trip and here are some highlights...

An Ethiopian man saw my son and just gave him a big smooch on the cheeks! lol! I laughed and looked at husband to see if he saw what happened. The Ethiopian saw me looking and realized that he was my husband, he asked him if he was. Hubby said yes. He puts his fist up and says, "Thank you!"

It seems IKEA got revamped and now had a kiddie play area and a restaurant. Woohoo! That really helped alot.

Its so much fun to be in big furniture stores, especially IKEA. It seems like the options are endless and then just when you think you've seen it all, the they have the "create your own" closet or whatever department.

Of course, I must admit we all love the humongous shopping carts they have. They are huge because they are meant to carry large boxed furniture.

And the prices were reasonable!

All in all it was a pleasant trip. It took up the whole day and we took the last bus (9.30 pm) back to Jerusalem. It was semi empty, yay! so we had practically the whole back of the bus --except for a passenger with his dog ( was that legal? Was he hiding out back there?).

Thank you, Kind One, for such a successful trip.
