BTW, its the Klezmer festival here in Tsfat. So every night they light up the sky with firecrackers. One of my favorite singers is singing tonight, but I don't have the energy to drag myself out to hear him. Here's a not so good sound of a good song by him.
(he's singing, "if you think good, it will be good!"

Thanks for the insulin information, Miriam. You're right: Mainstream media so far has ignored this story which promises so much hope for diabetics.
Diabetes is one insidious disease. I call it "the body snatcher," after the movie by the same name.
Over time, diabetes can diminish, or destroy, some pretty important things--sight being chief, but also kidney function.
I enjoyed the song, too.
not to mention little parts like toes, etc.
