Caster Semenya's case: Chutzpah Min HaChutzpah (The Height of Chutzpah)

.
Caster Semenya, in my opinion, should never have subjected herself to those gender tests. She was qualified enough to join into the game, but not qualified to win?

My two cents is that she should have stood her ground and not allowed them to test her. This would have been BW putting their best "Netzach" right foot forward. Sure she may have lost her medal. But no one can take her record away. At very worSt, she would end up becoming a mere footnote in "White world history books" loaded with controversial and humiliating questions. (and if the confidence was were it should be, she'd be a hero in "Black world history books"). At best, she would be able to keep her medal after a fight in court -which I think she could win- AND not have submitted to the humiliating gender probing. That would have been an even great victory because it would set a precedence to BW.

It is demeaning. But this is a black woman in a world that's run mainly by whites.

And the Birthers here in the Greatest Country in the World (Do I need to say more?) won't rest until they make President Obama come clean on his birth certificate.

What else would you expect from the Greatest Country in the World?

Hi Domino!

From the high up to the small fry, BF have got it rough!

re: Caster, I'm just sorry about the whole mess.

re: Obama, at one point I heard he had shown his birth certificate, then I heard he didn't. Not sure what's the deal there.

Miriam,I agree with you. She should have stood her grounds.

But Caster Semenya is very young and she went along with the program. I imagine she did not want to ruffle any feathers.

As far as I am concerned, Ms Semenya has not done anything wrong . On the contrary, she has won a gold medsal and should be applauded like any of the athletes who have won gold.

The sad thing is that many blacks are also saying that she looks like a man and she is ¨ugly¨.

I am sure her parents and loved ones think she is beautiful. I am shocked at the foolishness out there.

Saludos,
Ana

Obama produced a certification of live birth, not a copy of the original birth certificate.
